0.34 testnet is out

The testnet has restarted.
Recommended version: 0.34.1.0
If you were running a previous testnet, delete:
~/.townforge
~/.local/share/townforge
tf-block-hashes-testnet*
Then run the daemon and game. Both *must* have the --testnet option.
