0.31 testnet starting on saturday, 5th of june

0.31 is now out, and will be used for the new testnet.
It's getting closer to a mainnet release. This new version is mostly about UI improvements, but also includes
game balance changes and smaller fixes affecting compatibility with the previous testnet.
The blockchain will restart on saturday, at about midday GMT.
If all goes well, a mainnet release should follow within a month.
